Charter Trump planters are made using specially processed PP which makes them incomparably lighter than earthenware. We call our PP technology ‘Plantair’.

Made using recycled plastics

Our Plantair technology is a world leader in the way we work with recycled plastics. We use plastics that range from first recycle through to third recycle. And on some of our products we’ve been able to combine up to 100 different kinds of recycled plastics. Our Plantair material and the moulds we use process and shape our products in a totally different way to earthenware production. As a result our ability to create exciting and unusual shapes is almost limitless. Further to this, we have decades of experience with paint finishes which are not just beautiful but incredibly durable. So whether you are looking to recreate an earthenware finish like raw terracotta or a classic process like pottery glaze, or alternatively an exciting contemporary finish such as splatter effects or concentric brushed finishes, we have the know how to do this to a supremely high level.
